Concierge & Local Help
Some days you don't need a scheduled property visit. You just need someone nearby to lend a hand. Concierge requests can be arranged separately from a home-watch plan.
Meet a Contractor
Coordinate an authorized visit from a plumber, electrician, or other service professional when you can't be there yourself.
Deliveries & Access
Arrange someone on site for an expected delivery or scheduled service appointment, subject to timing and access arrangements.
Mail & Packages
Request help collecting or holding mail and packages during an extended absence, where practical and authorized.

All services are subject to location, availability, authorization, and an agreed scope. Home-watch visits are visual observations, not licensed home inspections, security patrols, emergency response, or guarantees against damage. We do not perform work requiring a trade license.
